Delmar-Linda T. Bloch-Walsh, 57, passed away tragically, as the result of a car accident, January 1st. She was the daughter of the late Stephan Bloch and Patricia Farrell. She was also predeceased by her brother Christopher.
Linda was passionate about so many aspects of her life. Most of all were her roles as wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Those of us fortunate enough to have been a part of her life will never forget how much love she had for each of us.
Beautiful, intelligent, courageous, resilient, funny, she set an almost impossible standard for the rest of us to follow. She will be missed more than words can possibly convey. Her passing leaves a hole in our hearts. There are so many memories we have of her, but they can never replace the joy of her presence.
Her husband Terry (Delmar), daughter Kyla (Delmar), and son Jason (St. Louis) survive her. She is also survived by her brother Larry (New York) his wife Vera and their children Andrew, Adam and Michelle. Her sister Patty (Chicago) and her son Dylan, sister Adrienne (San Francisco) and brother Stephan (Seattle). And, her "babies" Whitney and Badger, our two dogs that she rescued.
Calling hours will be Friday, January 8, 2016 from 4-8pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10am at The Chapel + Cultural Center in the Parish of Christ Sun of Justice, 2125 Burdett Ave. Troy, NY.
