Delmar- Marcia A. Bernard, 80, passed away at home on, Friday, November 18, 2016. She was the daughter of the late William and Mary Sehl. She is predeceased by her husband George E. Bernard.
Marcia was an employee of the Bethlehem Central School District and had just celebrated 30 years with the school system.
She is survived by her loving daughters Laura Bernard Morris (John) and Patricia Bernard Troy Sgarlata. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Caroline Morris Bronowski, Heather Troy, Brian Morris, Corey Sgarlata and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 5:00pm-7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 10:00am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 35 Adams Place, Delmar, NY 12054. Interment will follow Mass at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Waterford.
