Loudonville – Constance "Connie" Miriam Albert was born 6/17/1931 in Albany, NY, died 7/4/2017.
As a proud graduate of Miss Quinn's School and Kenwood Academy, our mother instilled in her children a love of reading, an appreciation of music, to keep a sense of humor and always look for the best in people.
Connie is survived by her children, Cathleen Aumic, Mary Gauthier (Michael Bischof) and Margaret Aumic.
Grandchildren Kyla Sorel (William III), David Loftus, Matthew Loftus; great grandson, William Sorel IV; brother, Luke J Mullen J.; sister, Marilee Suminski and loving nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, Luke J Mullen Sr., and Miriam Cassidy Mullen.
Also predeceased by her husband, Thomas Albert; her brother, Peter Mullen and her son, William L Aumic Jr.
The family would like to thank Dr. Devarakonda, Mom's nurse Allie Olsen and the 5th floor staff of the pulmonary care unit of St Peters Hospital for taking extraordinary care of our mother and her family.The family would also like to thank the Daughters of Sarah for the 3 years of care for their Mom.
A Celebration of Connie's Life will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, on Saturday, July 8 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity.
