Guilderland - A beautiful life was tragically cut short with the passing of Jenna Marie Lamparski at the age of 24 on February 1, 2018. She was the cherished daughter of Thomas Lamparski and Gail (Connors) Lamparski, and loving sister to Michael Lamparski. Jenna was born on July 8, 1993 in Niskayuna, NY.
Jenna was a graduate of Guilderland High School and the Paul Mitchell School. She worked a variety of jobs such as food service specialist at the Fresh Healthy Café, as a Paramutual clerk at the Saratoga Race Course, and as a senior care volunteer at the Teresian house. She had a flair for adventure and a unique talent for art, creating many beautiful fairy houses, miniature gardens, and other collectibles. Jenna was also a gifted photographer; with the ability to capture the spirit of people and scenes wherever she pointed her camera. She was an avid dancer and attended Eleanor School of Dance and Ms. Barb's Dance Studio. She had an immense love for animals and dreamt of a career in animal care. She cared greatly for people and would often go out of her way to lend help to anyone in need, friends and strangers alike. She would adorn her room with messages of inspiration and hope and was by all means a beautiful person, inside and out. We will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents and brother, Jenna is survived by her aunts and uncles: William and Leslie Connors, Patty Connors and Kathlene Kelly, Steven Connors, Carol and Ed Davis, Kathleen Szkaradnik, Theodore and Angie Lamparski, Paul and Lee Lamparski, and Teri and Bill Rushka. She is also survived by many loving cousins and friends, too many to list. She will also be missed by her loving cats Oscar and Addie Rose.
Jenna was predeceased by her grandparents, Richard and Rita Connors and Theodore and Delores Lamparski, and her favorite cat Louis.
Visitation will be from 4 pm to 7 pm on Friday, February 9 2018 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A funeral service will be held at 7 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
