John Francis Maloney

Albany- John Francis Maloney, 81, passed away peacefully on, Thursday, April 12, 2018. He was the son of the late James F. and Catherine R. Maloney. He is survived by his wife, Rosalyn A. Maloney.
John was a Veteran of the Korean War era serving with the United States Marine Corp. John enjoyed horseracing and could be found at Saratoga Race Course in the summer. John was a sport enthusiast and was an avid fan of the Yankees and Giants. Most of all John loved spending time with his granddaughter.
In addition to his wife, John is survived by his brothers, Robert F. Maloney and Joseph T. Maloney (Judy). He is also survived by his step daughter, JoAnna Crewell (Will Williams) and George Fawthrop and his granddaughter, Giavanna Caparaso and his special friend, Faith Hartog.
John is predeceased by his brothers, James J. Maloney and Thomas E. Maloney.
