Lorraine A. Bowman

ALBANY- Lorraine Bowman, age 87, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2018 at Good Samaritan Lutheran Home.
She was born in Lac Megantic, Quebec, Canada and moved with her family to the USA in 1962 and settled in Albany. She retired from Farm Family Insurance and Kmart. In retirement she enjoyed golfing, needlepoint and day trips with family and friends.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers: Rejean, Paul and Laurier.
Lorraine is survived by her children: Sonia (Robert) Weimann, Duane (Tina) Bowman and Janet (Linda) Bowman; a sister, Fleurette Vincent; two grandchildren: Rochelle Marcus and Sophie Bille. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friends and family may call on Thursday July 19 from 4 to 6 p.m. at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY.
