Perry M. Condon, Jr.

COLONIE- Perry Michael Condon, Jr., 85, passed away suddenly on November 24, 2018 at home.
Born in Albany, he was the son of Perry Michael Condon, Sr. and Helen Owens Condon.
Perry graduated from Vincentian Institute and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.
He worked at AT&T (formerly NY Telephone). During retirement he enjoyed memberships at multiple rod and gun clubs including, Forbes Rifle and Pistol Club and the Wilton Rod and Gun Club, aviation activities including aerial photography and he was a member of the Quiet Birdmen (QB's), and spending time at his camp at Piseco Lake.
Perry is survived by his children, Perry Condon, Kathleen Mahoney, Carolyn Condon and Timothy (April) Condon, Daniel Condon and Elizabeth Condon; his granddaughter, Katherine Condon; his sisters, Helen Caliolo and Betty Mannering, and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his long-time partner, Catherine Malatesta; brother, Paul Condon, and son-in-law, Adrian Mahoney.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 10:00am at St. Pius X Church, 23 Crumitie Rd, Loudonville, NY 12211. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 4:00-7:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205. Interment will be held at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
