November 28, 1928 — July 4, 2021
Colonie - William J. Miller, 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 4, 2021 with his loving family by his side. William was the son of the late Harold and Teresa (Canape) Miller. William was the devoted husband to Dianne M. Miller. They were married 58 years.
Bill retired from General Electric and enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Bill is survived by his children, Jeffrey (Amy) Miller, Laurel (Edward) LaClair, and Susan Gersch; his grandchildren, Aaron, Emma and Ethan Miller, Logan and Julia LaClair; and several nieces and nephews.
Bill is predeceased by his six siblings, Mary, Margaret, Lucy, Patsy, Teresa, and Anna.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Pine Grove Methodist Church, Central Ave., Colonie at 9:30 am. Interment will be at Fort Plain Cemetery, Fort Plain, NY on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm.
