Sadie Lynn Kopyc, 36, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
Sadie was the daughter of Robert Kopyc (Dana French) and Theresa Wowk (David Chouinard).
Sadie had a passion for life and the most loving and generous heart. She had a love for animals, music, making arts and crafts, jewelry making, painting, drawing and gardening. Her sparkling personality and unique style were contagious.
Sadie's zest for holidays and gift giving was unmatched. Spending time with her family and her fur baby Bella were most cherished.
Sadie is predeceased by her Great-Grandmother, Grandma Kopyc; maternal grandparents, Stefan and Helen Wowk; her paternal grandfather, Robert J. Kopyc; her uncle, Joseph Buono and her cousin, Nathanael Fletcher.
In addition to her parents, Sadie is survived by her grandmother Beth Calhoun, her aunts and uncles, Roland (Roseanne) Stumpf, Nicholas (Alicia) Wowk, Michael Wowk, Sonja Wowk, Peter Wowk, Nancy Buono, Kimberly (Keith) Scott and many cousins and close friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at St. Michaels Church, 20 Page Street, Cohoes, NY 12047 at 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you spread love and generosity.
