Camille R. Micozzi

Delmar- Camille R. (DiNovo) Micozzi, 83, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Born in Albany, on October 26, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Rose (Sgarlata) and August DiNovo Sr. Camille is predeceased by her daughter Mary (Micozzi) Neet and her brother S. Robert DiNovo.

Camille attended Schuyler High School and worked as a hall monitor for the Bethlehem School District for 35 years. She enjoyed joking with the students at the school and loved bowling and the New York Yankees.

Camille is survived by her siblings, Philip DiNovo (Mary), Antoinette Whitehouse and August “Gus” DiNovo Jr. (Vicki). She will also be missed by her grandsons Michael and Jared Neet. In addition, she is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 9:30am-11:30am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A service will follow at 11:30am at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
