Leslie R. Covington

ALBANY- Following a prolonged illness, Leslie Robin Covington (McGee) was called to eternal rest on Thursday, September 12, 2013. Preceded in death by her parents David (Poochie) McGee and Juanita Lacy, Leslie leaves to cherish her memory her children- Destiny McCann, Kalif (aka Malik) Bonds, Stephanie Bonds, Jasmine Bonds and Semajé Covington; siblings- Denson Lacy (Mary Ann), Talmadge (aka Tom Thumb) Lacy, Steven Lacy, Lance McGee (Denise), Rev. Debra T. Poole (Curtis), Keith McGee (Theresa), Valeria Hart (Ajhmel), Arletha Bellamy (Adell), Victoria Robinson (Elijah) and Darren McGee; three grandchildren Kai Williams, Onavion Daniels and Nehemiah Johnson along with a hosts of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be 11:30 am on Friday, September 20, 2013 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. Viewing hours are from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Interment at Graceland Cemetery.
