LATHAM – Craig J. Miller, 55, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at his home, after a long illness. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Craig was born on March 11, 1959 in Albany and is the son of Eleanor A. (Feehan) Miller and the late William T. Miller. He graduated from Shaker High School – Class of 1977 in Latham and Hudson Valley Community College – Class of 1979 in Troy. He was a member of the Sheetmetal Workers Local #83 for more than 27 years. He was proud of providing a full day's work and doing a quality job. He enjoyed horse racing at Saratoga Race Track and living on the river.
In addition to his mother, Craig is survived by his daughter, Alexandra Miller; his brothers, Thomas (Ann), Michael, John (Maureen), and Andrew; his sister, Katherine (Dino) Febraio and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. There will be no service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, One Penny Lane, Latham, NY 12110 in memory of Craig.
