Adam F. Plass

GLENMONT – Adam F. Plass, 29, passed away suddenly on Thursday July 5, 2012 at his residence.
He was born in Albany and is the beloved son of Albert F. and Marta J. Goldberg Plass of Glenmont. Adam is the cherished brother of Julia Plass (Robert Baskerville) and Daphne Plass. He is the maternal grandson of Harry Goldberg and the late Lois Goldberg; paternal grandson of the late Winifred Plass and George Plass Sr. Adam is the uncle of Corey, Allie and Kenyon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Adam earned his bachelor's degree in Fine Arts at SUNY Plattsburgh and hosted programs on the university radio station. He was a talented artist and was a participant with Albany art programs. He would frequently display his work at local art events. Adam was a volunteer with many inner city services and programs. He was employed as a baker at Price Chopper in Glenmont for the past six years. Adam will be remembered as a kind and caring soul that will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 12 noon at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 10 am to 12 noon on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 440 New Karner Rd. Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Adam F. Plass.
