Schenectady- Adam Thomas Woods, fondly known as Woodsy, 55, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 with his loving family by his side. Adam was the son of James Woods and the late Carol Woods. Adam was the devoted fiancée to Toni Kutassy. They were together for 2 years.

Adam enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially when they cooked for him. He loved music and singing karaoke. Adam was an avid Raiders fan. He had a fond love of the outdoors and fishing. Adam enjoyed photographing nature and all things he saw as beautiful.

In addition to his fiancée and father, Adam is survived by his son, Devin (Desiree Lane) Woods; brothers, Eric (Deb) Woods and Jason (Jaime) Woods; brother from another mother, Jeff Sheridan; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, New York on Monday November 29, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Tuesday November 30, 2021 at 10:00 am at New Comer Cremations & Funeral. Burial will follow the service at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205.
