Adel Samy Shehata

Albany-Adel Samy Shehata, 74, went to be with the Lord in the early hours of Thursday, 20 September 2018. He is survived by his sister Evette Ayoub, Brother-in-law Hany Ayoub, his nieces Sylvia Gaines (Vincent Gaines) and Haidy Brown (Robert Brown). He will be missed by his cherished nieces and nephew, Jacquelyn Gaines, Magdalen Brown, Aaron Gaines and Emma Brown. He is also survived by many family members in El Minya, Egypt. He was an accomplished professional. First, in Egypt as an agricultural engineer and an accountant in the United States. We give thanks to our loving Lord for welcoming him home. We believe he was relieved from his suffering through interception of Saint Mary. He was a faithful Christian and was committed to the Coptic Orthodox faith.
