Albert "Al"C. Macgregor

Schenectady- Albert C. MacGregor passed away on July 30, 2016 at Ed's Gun Shop in Northville. The son of the late Frederick and Estelle (Purrott) MacGregor, Al was born on October 1, 1955 in Albany, NY.
Al was predeceased by his son Albert C. MacGregor, Jr.
He is survived by six loves of his life, his first love and wife of 36 years Sue (Yunker) MacGregor, his daughters Ann and Miranda MacGregor, and his beloved granddaughters, Abby and Allison MacGregor and future grandson due in December. He is also survived by his sister, Diane Wishart and brother, Frederick (Dawn) MacGregor; his mother-in-law Lois Yunker; his uncle William "Buddy" MacGregor and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday, August 7 at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am on Monday, August 8 at St. Paul the Apostle Church, Schenectady. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Al's name to Caritas of Birmingham, 100 Our Lady Queen of Peace Drive, Sterrett, AL, 35147 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
