Albany- Alfred Lee Clark aka “Peanut, 55, passed away at home on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. Peanut, as he was fondly called by friends and family. He was born at St. Peter’s Hospital on February 2, 1969 in Albany, NY to Ozella G. Clark and the late LeRoy Clark.

Alfred is survived by his mother Ozella G. Clark, brothers: Roy D. (Kendra) Clark & Lonzia “Shi-Wise” Smith, Albany, NY, and LeRoy Clark Jr, Chicago, IL; his sisters Karen Ann Clark (Danny), Joyce (Arthur) Williams, Albany, NY, Pearl (Porter) Hendrix, Radcliff, KY, and Ann Constance Clark, Chicago, IL; his niece Destiny Clark, Albany, NY; nephews Ja-Shon Clark (Arie Marie & Amya Lynn),Virginia Beach, VA and Ra’Mir Clark (Kiamora Kimani Khywaii & Rejiin) Albany, NY; God-children; host of cousins; beloved cat and many friends.

Alfred was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Mary Jane and Shepard Kelly; special friend Janice Williams and a special aunt Jessie Ruth Kelly.

Alfred will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his legacy will live on through is family and friends. Rest in peace, dear brother. You will always be in our hearts and memories.

Visiting hour will be held Friday, August 2nd from 3 - 4 pm; Celebration of Life to begin immediately at 4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - Colonie, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY 12205.

The family will receive at Phillip Livingston School Apartments Community Room: 315 Northern Blvd., Albany, NY 12210
