COLONIE – Alice Rita Hearst, 87, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Albany County Nursing Home. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late John Evans and Alice Canfield.
She will be missed by her son Gary J. Hearst and his wife Kris; grandchildren Carson and Ava, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 9:00 to 11:00 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A graveside service will promptly follow at Memory Gardens, Colonie. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Peter's Hospice Inn, 315 South Manning Boulevard, Albany, NY 12208 in Alice's name.
