Alice Van Pelt

Alice Van Pelt passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 23, 2023. She is predeceased by her husband, Wayne Van Pelt. Alice, along with Wayne, loved to bowl and golf and of course go out afterwards to have a good time with their friends who they cherished.

Alice worked throughout her life, from being a customer service specialist at Sears to various jobs thru her retirement that allowed her to keep busy.

Alice is survived by her sons Chris (Jen) and David (Alison) Van Pelt. Alice is also survived by her beloved sister Pat Schneider and Pat's husband Bob Schneider along with their 3 kids-Tommy, Richie, and Darlene.

Her main love was being Nana to her 7 grandkids-Emily, Katelyn, Alexander, Kennedie, and Kamryn Van Pelt, and Alexandra and Cameron Eisenbarth.

Over the summer I ran into a person I didn't know who was about 55 years old. After talking, we found out he knew my mom when she was the head coach of his little league team when he was nine years old. "Alice was by far the best coach I ever had." Apart from being remembered as Wayne's wife, a loving mother, and a great Nana, Alice would like to be remembered for things like this.
