Allan Faggans

Allan Faggans, 33 passed away unexpectedly on Saturday December 30, 2023. Born and raised in Albany, NY. He was the son of Lisa and Howard Faggans.

Allan attended The City School District of Albany. He was a Tri-Athlete and musically inclined. He started playing baseball at the age of four, starting out with tee-ball through the major leagues, and continued through high school. Additionally, Allan was a dedicated football player and a member of the swim team.

Allan BKA (better known as) "SKITZ" was a lyricist and his favorite hobby was creating music, including free style rap. He began rapping with his cousins Niquinn and Amier BKA Bamm and Doh. The group was called 180 representing One Hundred and Eighty Degrees of Family. "SKITZ" was most known for his un-expected abstract abilities.

In addition to Allan's parents, he was survived by his children, son Mason Faggans age 10 and Allanah Faggans age 1 and a half. Also, survived by his sisters Laprecha McGrail, Melisha Faggans and nieces and nephew, Mi'Ani, Shakee and Meliana Perkins and Zoeyy Butler. In addition, his Aunt Danielle Smith and sons Niquinn and Janessa Grant and Nephews Kaiden and Kendrix, Amier Grant and nephews Ma'Khi and Hamir Grant.

Also survived by his Aunt Tina Faggans and Uncle Eddie Faggans and Aunts Mona Lisa
Watson, Beth Rowlette, Ramona Ramos and a slew of cousins and friends.

A calling home will be held on Wednesday January 10, 2024. Viewing from 12pm – 1:00pm. Services starting at 1pm at the location of New Comer Funeral Home on New Karner Road Colonie, NY 12205.
