Loudonville- Allison M. Carroll born December 26, 1991 passed away May 15, 2022 after a fearless fight with cancer. Alli was surrounded with much love at her home on her last days.
Born in Albany she was the beloved daughter of David R. Carroll Jr. and Claudia A Miller. Allison was a loving sister to her brothers David R. Carroll III, Benjamin J Carroll Sr and an adoring Aunt to Benjamin J Carroll Jr (Boo). She was survived by her Grandfather David R Carroll Sr and Great Aunt (Grandmother) Carol A Arnold. Allison also survived by her longtime partner and Fiancé Nicholas Ulmer, with whom she lived in their home together and the love of their fur babies Autumn, Amethyst and Krusty.
Alli worked at Boscovs in Colonie Center before working at the Mohawk Human Society as a Pet Counselor .Then her position at Boght/Oakwood Clinics where she pursued her longtime dream as a Vet Tech. Her dedication to the animals was shown during COVID, when she worked 90 days straight to care for the animals that had to be left at Oakwood due the state mandate. She was a beloved employee.
She was predeceased by her two Grandmothers Alice M Miller (Stark) , Barbara E Carroll (McGuire) and Great-Grandmother Ethel Carroll. along with Grandfather Benjamin J Miller and cousin Steven Stark and Jeremy Carroll. All of whom came to her to bring her home.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 10am-1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie, NY 12205. A funeral service will begin at 1pm with interment following at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
