Colonie- Amelia "Amy" Baker, 73, died on Monday, April 22, 2024. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Frances Enides. She is preceded in death by her husband Keith Baker.

Amy was a graduate of Colonie High School. After meeting Keith, they ventured to Florida for a number of years and then returned to Colonie. Amy worked for the North Colonie School District where she made many friends. She was a past member of the Wigand Post 8444 VFW Auxiliary.

She is survived by her nephew Michael Foiadelli (Julie) and many loving cousins. She was the great aunt to Joseph and Anna Ruby Foiadelli.

She is predeceased by her sister Kathryn Gallucci and her nephews, John and Joseph Foiadelli.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Joseph C. Foiadelli Public Service Fellowship at Albany Law School, 80 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208. Check payable to the Albany Law School with a notation f/b/o Joseph C. Foiadelli Public Service Fellowship.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, NY 12205. A memorial service will start at 2 p.m. Amy will be laid to rest next to her husband at Saratoga National Cemetery.
