Amy Leszczynski-Smith, 41, died suddenly on July 25, 2009.
Amy was born in Albany, the daughter of the late Joseph and Marilyn Leszczynski. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her brother, Michael Leszczynski.
She is the beloved mother of her son, Adam Smith of Atlanta, GA, longtime companion of Ray Welcome and sister of Judy (Michael) Geraghty, Pembroke Pines, FL., Sue (Bruce) Foote, Lehighton, PA., Stephanie (Ed) Conklin, Sevierville, TN., Carol (Ron) Cox, Mesa, AZ., Jane (Rich) Terry, Clute, TX., Celeste (Scott) Dubay, Perry Hall, MD., Stephen (Tracey) Leszczynski, Schuylerville, NY and Ellen (Alex) Jefferson, Menands, NY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
