Albany- Whelan, Angel, 31, went home to God on December 28, 2022 with her family by her side.
Angel had a sweet disposition and was loved by all who met her. She enjoyed watching TV, listening to music and spending time with her housemates.
Angel is survived by her parents, Jim and Maggie. Siblings: Colleen Garbarini, Jim (Rebecca), Dan, Shannon, Matt (Meghan), Margaret Mary, Mitzi and Julie. She is pre-deceased by her sister Bridget and brother Devin.
Memorial contributions can be made to the food pantry at St Vincent de Paul Church 900 Madison Ave. Albany, NY 12208.
