Schenectady, - Angela Blum, 92, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday October 15, 2009.
Angela was born in Niskayuna and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Apolonia Rejack. Angela was the center of her family, with whom she loved spending time.
In addition to her parents Angela was predeceased by her beloved husband of 52 years, Theodore Blum; four brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann (John Neet) Nolan and is the loving grandmother of, Tara (Jim) Bess and Kathleen (Ryan) Cullen. Angela is also survived by her great grandchildren, Matthew and Cody Bess. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Colonie. Calling hours will be Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at New Comer Cannon funeral home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-South of Central Ave.).
