Angela Malkowski

ALBANY – Angela Malkowski, 93 passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2007 at the Barnwell Nursing Home in Valatie. She was the wife of the late Wladyslaw Malkowski.
Angela was born on October 12, 1913 in Czechoslovakia. She worked as a housekeeper for the NYS Office of General Services.
Angela is survived by her sons, Michael D. (Deb Healy) Malkowski of Albany and John Malkowski of Argyle. She was the proud grandmother of Jennifer, Brendon and Julie (their mother, Michelle Diacetis) and Rebecca and Sara (their mother, Susan Malkowski). She was also survived by her nephew, Rudy Brabetz (his wife, Ann, his daughter, June and his son, Steven); her niece, Beatrice Smith (her husband, William and her son, William, Jr.).
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Barnwell Nursing Center for their care and concern given to Angela.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Interment will follow at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
