Troy- Angela Noto, 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. and Mr. Nicotera. Angela was the devoted wife to the late Daniel Noto. They were married for 43 years.
Angela was born in Italy, married and moved to the United States when she was 21. She lived in Amsterdam NY for most of her life. Angela touched many people with her genuine kindness and interest in people. She loved spending time with her family and friends and for many years she made homemade pasta and sauce every Saturday. She loved animals, the Yankees and going to the Casinos.
Angela is survived by her daughters, Laura Catherine Cook, Luana Mary Salgado, those who considered her family and many dear friends.
Angela did not want a service.
