Angeline H. Zammiello

Albany- Angeline H. Zammiello formerly of Utica, NY passed away on October 27 at St. Peter's Nursing and Rehab in Albany, NY. She was 94 years old.
The daughter of the late Mariano and Angela Marie (Capocci) Tata, Angeline was born on September 17, 1921 in Utica, NY. She was a graduate of UFA High School. She proudly worked as secretary for the fire department at Griffiss Air Force Base in Rome, NY.
In 1947 she married Anthony Zammiello in Utica. Together, they raised two daughters. They attended The Assembly of God Church in Utica, where she was active in Ministry as well as secretary to the Pastor. She will be remembered for her fabulous Italian Sunday dinners. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years Anthony Zammiello; her beautiful daughters: Donna and her husband Ron Johnson and Elisa and her husband Bill Minchin; her grandchildren: Steven Minchin, Reneé (Jason) Gagnon, David (Carey) Johnson and Jonathan Johnson; her great-grandchildren Anthony Gagnon, Lydia Gagnon, Nathan Gagnon, Zachary Gagnon, Bridget Johnson, and Cole Johnson; her sister Macy Blase; her sister-in-law Anna Tata and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2 at Grace Fellowship Church, Latham. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
