Rotterdam- Anita M. Deubel, 80, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 surrounded by the love of her family.
Anita was born in Niskayuna, NY on January 6, 1937 to the late Floyd and Rosalie Pickett. She was the wife of Richard J. Deubel for over 59 years. She will be remembered for her love of bowling, playing golf, and spending summers in York Beach, Maine. Her passion in life was her family.
Anita is survived by her beloved husband, Richard, her children, Terri (Pat) Peick, Michael (Marcy) Deubel, Cindy (Ron) Naclerio, Mark (Patty) Deubel, and Chris (Diane) Deubel, her grandchildren, Sean, Jared, Andrew, Taylor, Jordyn, Riley, Jessica, Julianna, Morgan, Ashlyn, Alyssa, and Victoria, her siblings, Patricia Fuerst, and Tom Pickett, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. A mass of Christian burial will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace, 210 Princetown Rd, Schenectady, NY 12306, on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 9:30am. Burial will be held at Saratoga National Cemetery.
