Ann (Breslin) Triolo

December 6, 1932 — August 17, 2013

ALBANY – Ann (Breslin) Triolo, 80, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2013 after a brief illness. She was born in Rensselaer, NY and was a long time resident of Albany. Together with her husband Joe, they owned and operated Sam Triolo's Cash Market, a small grocery store in Albany, for more than twenty-five years.


Ann is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph Triolo and her devoted daughter, Judith (Chris) Vance. She is the cherished grandmother of Leif Eric Vance. She is the loving sister of Theresa Carter and sister-in-law of Vera, Serena and Cecilia. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.


Funeral services will be Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville. At the request of the family, memorial contributions would be appreciated to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Ann Triolo.
