Anna Jablonowski, 94, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 03, 2012 with her family by her side. Anna was predeceased by her husband Andrew Jablonowski.
Anna is survived by her beloved son, Andrew Jablonowski; she is the cherished grandmother of Andrew and Kirsten and she is the sister of Georgia (Paul) Thornton.
The family would like to thank the staff at Schenectady County Hospice for all of their care and compassion given to Anna.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 10:00 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 9 to 10 at the funeral home. Internment will follow in the service at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
