Anna L. St. Germain

Anna L. St. Germain, 78, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 25, 2023 with her loving family by her side. Anna was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Maria Romanelli. Anna was the devoted wife of 54 years to the late Peter H. St. Germain I.
Anna met Peter while they both worked at a Ford dealership, Cartwright Motors in N. Troy. Peter was a mechanic and Anna was a secretary. At the time Anna was also attending CCHS, focusing on secretarial and business courses. They were engaged on her graduation day. Their story was a romance right from the start, Peter was persistent and convinced they would be married. They were wed in 1963. The had three children that they loved very much. They worked very hard to move their family out to the country, where they all enjoyed snowmobiling, holidays and Anna's amazing cooking.
She enjoyed nature, listening to and dancing to Rock and Roll oldies, they were always the first on and last to leave the dance floor and going to vintage car shows with Pete in their 1960 Ford. Most of all she loved spending time with their family, their dogs and friends
In addition to her parents and her husband she was predeceased by her sister Theresa Lee and her husband Paul and her niece Jennifer Romanelli.
Anna is survived by her children, Peter H. (Karen) St. Germain II, Paul W. (Samara) St. Germain and Melissa A. St. Germain-Templin. She is the cherished grandmother of Andrew, Laura and Willow. She is also survived by her brother Gabriel (Elizabeth) Romanelli as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be private at a later date.
