Anna Panetta Zumbo

LATHAM- Anna Panetta Zumbo, age 95, entered into eternal rest on July 16, 2023.
Anna was born in Albany, NY, the daughter of the late Dominic and Mary Panetta.
Anna was a Bookkeeper at her family's businesses, Panetta's Restaurant in Menands and Jack's Liquor Store and Antipasto's Restaurant in Clifton Park.
She enjoyed many trips to Vegas and to Saratoga Racetrack. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was predeceased by her husband of 66 years Joachim "Jack" and siblings: Catherine, Joseph, Rosemary, Charles and Marion.
She is survived by her children: Joseph Zumbo Esq., Donna Zumbo, Steven Zumbo, Regina Zumbo-Colfels (Chris) and Christopher (Pam) Zumbo; grandchildren: Jennifer, Giulianna, Andrew Gioacchino Zumbo and Nicklaus Colfels. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hour on Saturday July 22, 2023 from 9 a.m to 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 498 Watervliet Shaker Road, Latham, NY. All are invited to attend her funeral Mass following at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands, NY.
The family wishes to thank the dedicated health workers at Teresian House Floor 2 A for the excellent care given to Anna.
