Anne S. Tibbitts, 87, of Troy, NY, died Saturday, April 11, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
Wife of the late Edward T. Tibbitts, Jr. Mother of Edward T. (Lori) Tibbitts III, Lou-Ann (William) Tibbitts-Ridings, Thomas G. (Kim) Tibbitts, Laurie A. Tibbitts-Bender. Grandmother to Donald Ridings, Derrick Ridings, Trent Tibbitts, Tate Tibbitts, Kelly Tibbitts, Tyler Tibbitts, and Quinn Tibbitts. Great Grandmother to Zoey Tibbitts. Sister of V. Paul Smith, Celeste Bradford, the late Joseph A. Smith and James F. Smith. Daughter of the late Joseph A. Smith and Winifred Cummings Smith. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was retired from NYS Department of Social Services.
At her request there will be no funeral. Inurnment will be together with her husband at Saratoga National Cemetery.
