ALBANY- Anne Elizabeth Dalton Wagner, 57, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2017 surrounded by her family at St. Peter's Hospice Inn.
She was the daughter of the late Edward and Nancy Dalton.
Anne is survived by her beloved partner Charles Cramer, loving siblings; Margaret (Frank) Delgado of Delmar, Dan (Maureen) Dalton of Liverpool, and David (Dean Keller) Dalton of Chicago; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Calling hours are on Tuesday January 9, 2018 from 4:00 - 7:00pm with a service at 7:00pm at New Comer Funerals and Cremations on 343 New Karner Road, Colonie.
Interment is Wednesday January 10, 2018 a 11am at Albany Rural Cemetery.
