LOUDONVILLE – Anthony P. Vergura, 34, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 17, 2013.
Anthony was born on January 31, 1979 in Albany. He graduated from Shaker High School in 1997 and attended SUNY Albany from 1997 to 2000. He was an avid NY Yankees fan and always had a book in his hands.
Anthony is survived by his mother, Sharon N. (Jayne) Vergura; his brother, Mark K. Vergura; his aunt and godmother, Susan E. Jayne; his paternal grandmother, Rose M. Vergura; and his best feline buddies, Gabriel and Ezekiel. He was predeceased by his father, Joseph P. Vergura; his paternal grandfather, Anthony Vergura; and his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Norma Jayne.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 24th, at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 129 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Troy.
