Antonino Pino, 86, passed away at home on Saturday, April 22, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Oliveri Sicily, Italy on September 2, 1936, he came to the United States in 1956.
He was a hair stylist, and owner of Antonino Beauty Salon, Glenville NY, for over 50 years. He was a member of St. Anthony's Church, and the International Hairdresser Association.
Antonino is survived by his wife Joan Rozen Pino, and his three children Anthony (Kimberly) Pino, Frank (Darnell) Pino, and Michela (James) Del Monico; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; his brother Santo (Gloria) Pino of Florida, and sister Caterina Ando of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
Antonino is predeceased by his sisters Maria Genovese, and Sarina Cannavo, and his beloved son, Francesco Michael Pino.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 10:30 am – 11:00am at the St. Anthony's Church 331 Seward Place, Schenectady NY, 12305. A mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, 27 Glenridge Rd., Glenville NY 12302.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Church.
