ALBANY – Antonio "Frankie" Navedo, 47, entered into eternal life on Friday, February 4, 2011. He was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico on June 13, 1963. Frankie served in the Army National Guard in New York from 1985 through 1989. He was a self-employed mason. Frankie enjoyed spending time with his family. He was full of life and had a heart of gold. Frankie is survived by his parents, Lydia Balls of Albany and Nicholas (Joan) Navedo of Massachusetts; his daughters, Lydia, Juana, Rebecca and Anneli, all of Albany; his brothers and sisters, Raul Torres, Louis Rios and family, Hassan (Andrea) Navedo, Nicholas Navedo, Jr., Johnny Navedo, Jackie Rios, Bridgette Navedo and Christa Navedo. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). A calling hour will precede the service from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
