COHOES- Arlene M. Tennyson, age 77, passed away on January 7, 2024.
She was born in Cobleskill, NY, the daughter of the late Clyde and Mary Manchester. She was also predeceased by her sister Martha Mann and her grand dog Nimueh.
Arlene graduated from Cobleskill High School in 1964, then received her Masters' Degree from SUNY-Albany in 1970. Then starting her career at SUNY Cobleskill as a Professor, where she met the love of her life Earl, before transferring to her life long career in Accounting for various departments in New York State.
She was an avid sports fan, loved the Yankees and could always be seen at the River Rats Hockey games and other local sporting events.
Arlene is survived by her husband, Earl; daughter, Sue; and siblings: Rosemary, Daniel and Paul. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services will be held in the Spring.
