Arnold R. Holder

 Arnold Randal Holder, born on March 10, 1933, in Lottery, St. James, Jamaica, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2025 peacefully, in Albany. NY. He was the beloved son of Gladys Doeman and Caleb Holder.

Arnold was predeceased by several siblings. He is survived by a sister, a brother, a cousin and his wife who cherished his presence in their lives. Arnold was also predeceased by three of his children: Andrea, Joy, and Linda. He leaves behind two surviving children, Almena and Wayne Holder, who will carry forward his memory along with his grand and great grand children.

Arnold's life spanned over nine decades, during which he witnessed and experienced countless changes in the world around him. His legacy will live on through the memories shared by those who knew him.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 11am-12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY 12205. A service will begin at 12pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
