New Russia- Arnold E. Robinson, Sr., 76, passed away on June 29, 2018. Born on May 5, 1942 in Binghamton, NY he was the son of the late Arnold E. and Cora (Wells) Robinson. Arnold was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved to work with his son and grandsons outdoors, especially cutting wood.
He is survived by his wife Olga; his sons: Arnold "Butch" (Cheska) Robinson and Daniel (April) Robinson; his step-son, Bruce Cable; his grandchildren: Noah, Tony, Trevor, Brittany, Daniel, Jr., Ashlynn and Brooke; his siblings: Shirley Hughes, Dale Darling, Pammy Herrick, James Darling and Joseph Darling; he is also survived by his nephew who was like a son, John Gaston and several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his faithful Chihuahua, Chico.
Memorial visitation will be from 1 pm to 3 pm on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Burial will be private.
