Albany- Arthur Clow Jr., 58, passed away at home on Friday, July 2, 2021. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Arthur Clow Sr. and Morriscenia Owens Springsteen.
Arthur is survived by his wife Renee Clow as well as his children Camea Clow, Arthur Clow III (Andrea), Shaquanda Clow, Shamar Clow, John Clow, Tyronsa Watkins, Alsha Messier, Daquane Messier and Makayla Messier. Arthur will also be missed by his 18 grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is also survived by his siblings Helen Pauline and Therese Pauline and a host of nieces and nephews, special niece; Dana Downs-Sturdivant (Vashon) and his special friend Justique Douglas.
He is predeceased by his brother Gary Springsteen.
A memorial service will take place on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at 1pm at New Comer Cremations& Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY 12205.
