Arthur C. Millard

Johnsonville- Arthur C. Millard, 63, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 27, 2022 with his loving family by his side. He was the son of the late James and Constance Millard.

Arthur enjoyed spending time with his entire family and loved cooking for them. He had a fond love of playing games of all sorts with his friends and family including dominoes, cards, and much much more. Arthur was a social butterfly and was truly loved by all those who knew him. He was well known in his community for helping families in need at his local soup kitchen.

He will be truly missed.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Regina T. Millard; children, Michael (Kelly) Millard, Earl J. Millard, Anne M. (Mark) Gotham, and Joseph G. Millard; siblings, Edward J. Millard and Peter D. (Johnna) Millard; granddaughter, Jamesina I. Gotham; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Arthur is predeceased by his son, Marion Millard; and his sister, Jenny L. Millard.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, New York on Friday May 6, 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow the service at St. Mary's Cemetery, 79 Brunswick Rd, Troy, New York 12180.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Arthur's name to His Table Soup Kitchen, 1838 Fifth Avenue, Troy, New York 12180.
