Arthur W. Phinney III, 72, of Albany, passed away on January 25, 2021 at Albany Medical Center.
Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Arthur and Patricia Phinney.
Arthur retired as a Detective Lieutenant from the Albany Police Department after 26 years of service.
Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Christine, daughters Bridget, Shannon (Sean) O'Mahony, and Erinn, grandchildren Amina Clow, Genevieve and Benjamin O'Mahony. He is also survived by his siblings Molly (Jim) Larson, Diane (Patrick) Dollard, David (Donna) Phinney, Ann (Tim) DeGonzague, Dina Phinney, Michael (Susan) Phinney.
Services will be private, a Memorial will take place at a later date.
