Latham- Ashley Jean Musau Makoyi, 20, passed into eternal life on Monday, January 28, 2019 surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
Ashley was born on April 24, 1998 in Albany, NY to Freddy Makoyi and Francesca Makoyi. Ashley was a 2016 graduate of Albany Shaker High School, and after graduation she enrolled at SUNY Canton as a nursing major. Ashley will be remembered as a loving and caring friend, sister, and daughter.
She is loved by her parents, Freddy and Francesca Makoyi, her younger brother, Nathan, and her younger sister, Gabriella, and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, NY 12189, on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. A funeral service will be held at New Comer, on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 10:00am, followed by a burial at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie, NY.
