Audrey J. Foster, 85, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Albany Memorial Hospital with her loving family by her side.
Audrey was the daughter of the late Charles and Mabel Zorn.
Audrey was the devoted wife to the late Rodney M. Foster, Sr.
Audrey had a love for all animals, especially her cats. She dedicated her life to caring for others as a CNA.
In addition to her parents and her husband Audrey was predeceased by her son Rodney M. Foster II and her daughter-in-law Lynne M. Foster.
Audrey is survived by her grandchildren, Deborah (Daniel) Knoll and her great grandchildren; Ryan and Justin; Melissa (Melissa) Foster and her great grandchildren; Gabriel and Michael. She is also survived by her long time companion James Young; her beloved cat, Mikey and her nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 1:00 pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Prospect Hill, Guilderland, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mohawk & Hudson River Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204, in Audrey's memory.
