Barbara D. Mariani-Jones, 95, wife of Charles W. Jones of Albany NY, passed away peacefully Friday, December 1, 2023
Born November 24, 1928, in Plattsburgh, NY, she was the daughter of the late William LaGrave and Eva Bouyea.
Barbara was deeply loved by all. She dedicated her life to her family, children, and grandchildren. She took an active role in community and family affairs, and she was an avid traveler.
In addition to her loving husband Charles, she is survived by her daughter Jo Ann E. Coughtry, Esq., her granddaughters Kimberly A. (Steven Ferraro) Mariani, Esq., Danielle L. (Gregory) Anderson, Esq.; her great grandchildren Genevieve G. Anderson, Olivia L. Anderson, and Timothy J. Anderson.
She was predeceased by her former husband Joseph A. Mariani; her son, Daniel J. Mariani; and her son-in-law, Timothy E. Coughtry.
At the request of the family services will be private.
