Barbara A. Sweet, 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 with her loving family by her side.
Barb was the daughter of the late George Fisher and Josephine (Williams) Liuzzi.
Barb was the devoted wife of over 38 years to Robert E. Sweet.
Barb was an avid wrestling fan and loved spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, grandmother, sister and aunt.
In addition to her husband, Robert, Barb is survived by her step mother, Mary Fisher; her siblings; John (Janet), George (Alexis), Bill (Maryellen), Mary Kay (Clay), Angelo and Angela Rose (Thomas). She is also survived by her step children; Kathy (Rafik), Kevin; her grandchildren; Ceara and Ciaran, her great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, New York on Monday March 28, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Tuesday March 29, 2016 at 10:00 am at New Comer Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont, New York.
