Bernice Eldridge

SCHENECTADY- Bernice M. Eldridge, 87, of Schenectady, passed away on Saturday April 14, 2007 at St. Clare's Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Scotia and was the daughter of the late David and Edith Trombly Good.
Bernice was predeceased in 1980 by her husband Kenneth Eldridge. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. Bernice enjoyed spending her time with her loving family. She is the beloved mother of David (Kathleen) Eldridge, Dawn (Douglas) Morris, Ruth (Vincent) Mercado and Faith M. Eldridge. She is the cherished grandmother of Suzanne, Terri Lynn, Kenneth, Christopher, Amy and Michael. Bernice is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave) at 8:15 then to St. Paul the Apostle Church at 9:00 where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to newcomerfamily.com.
