Albany- Bessie Reside, 96, passed away on August 24, 2022.
Born on January 29, 1926 daughter of the late Frank and Bessie Maiello in Albany, NY.
Bessie was a long time member of the Church of St. Clare. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend.
Bess was predeceased by her husband, Edward Reside.
She is survived by her sons, Bruce Fordley (Linda), Bob Fordley; grandchildren, Derek Fordley, Jason Fordley (Kelly), Ethan Fordley, Aryanna Fordley and many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 11am at the Church of St. Clare, 1947 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205. Calling hours will be held from 9-11am at the church prior to Mass. Interment will follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
